I started yoga purely for flexibility but soon realised how much it does for your mind. After only a year of practicing myself, I headed to India for four months where I completed my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training course so I could teach people using my favourite styles of yoga.
My classes are a combination of many styles of yoga. We mix it up each week. I incorporate hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa and yin yoga into my classes while experimenting with fun partner yoga, inversions and arm balances.
Classes started on 1st August at 7am-8.30am and are on Tuesdays for five weeks over the summer!
Yoga is fun, a release from the rest of the world and a time to connect with yourself. Yoga will reduce stress, not only in your muscles but also in your mind. Taking time to stretch relax and have fun is the best TCL.
For sure. I give different options for different levels so everyone can come along.
If you have a mat, bring it along. I do have some for people to borrow. Other than that, bring some water and wear comfortable clothes.
Growing up in Polzeath I have always been obsessed with seafood. What’s better than eating crab out the shell with the perfect view of my favourite beach?
